30-Day Return Policy

We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return an Item

Initiate Your Return

Log into your account and go to "My Orders". Select the order you wish to return and click "Return Item".

Print Your Return Label

You'll receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. Print it out and attach it to your package. Return shipping is FREE for domestic orders!

Pack Your Items

Place items in original packaging if possible. Make sure all tags are attached and items are unworn/unwashed.

Ship Your Return

Drop off your package at any USPS location or schedule a pickup. Keep your receipt for tracking purposes.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days), we'll process your refund. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We make exchanges easy!

How Exchanges Work

  1. Follow the return process above and select "Exchange" instead of "Return"
  2. Choose your new size/color during the return process
  3. We'll ship your exchange item as soon as we receive your return
  4. Exchanges are FREE - no additional shipping charges!

Pro Tip: If you need your exchange quickly, we recommend placing a new order for the item you want and returning the original item for a refund.

  • Worn, washed, or altered items

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact our customer service team for return instructions and a return address.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
